Our <strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"583\">Policy &amp; Advocacy efforts<\/strong> aim to support a clear legal framework, public education, and institutional collaboration\u2014ensuring that hemp is safely regulated, widely understood, and nationally embraced as a transformative crop.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"820\"><strong data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"820\">Why Advocacy Matters<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1140\">Despite hemp&#8217;s wide range of uses and its distinction from psychoactive cannabis (marijuana), <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"967\">industrial hemp remains misunderstood in Uganda<\/strong>.
